We read every submission. If the details are sufficient, we send a written quote. If we need more information about your facility, we call during business hours.
For contracts over 5,000 sq ft or with specific requirements, we prefer to walk the facility before quoting. This takes 20 minutes and produces a more accurate number.
You receive a written scope of work and pricing. The scope defines what gets cleaned, at what frequency, and to what standard. This document becomes the contract and the inspection checklist.
