Our Process, Step by Step

Most cleaning problems are process problems. A contractor who shows up without a written scope, assigns whoever is available that night, and checks in only when something goes wrong will consistently underdeliver — not because the crew is bad, but because the system is absent. Our process exists to remove that ambiguity.

1

Walkthrough and Quote

We visit your facility during business hours. We walk every area that will be cleaned, identify access requirements, note floor types, count restrooms, and confirm the frequency you need. This takes 20–30 minutes. The result is a written scope of work and a flat monthly price — not a range.

2

Written Scope of Work

Before the first cleaning, you receive a document listing every task, its frequency (nightly, weekly, monthly), the standard it should meet, and the products we will use. This document is not marketing copy. It is the inspection checklist we use to verify work was done correctly.

3

Crew Assignment

We assign a named primary crew to your contract. They learn the building — where the cleaning supply closet is, which areas require extra care, what the alarm procedures are. Familiarity with a specific building produces better results than rotating whoever is available.

4

First Clean

The first visit is supervised. A manager walks with the crew through the entire scope. This is where questions get answered and where we catch anything that needs to be adjusted in the written scope — areas we missed in the walkthrough, preferences we did not know about. It is easier to fix scope at visit one than at month three.

5

Ongoing Quality Checks

A supervisor conducts unannounced quality inspections on a rotating schedule. Results are logged against the written scope. If a task was missed or done incorrectly, we address it at the next visit or sooner if the situation warrants. You are notified of any pattern issues — not just one-off misses.

6

30-Day Check-In

We contact every new client 30 days after the first clean. This is a scheduled conversation, not a passive "call us if there's a problem." We review what is working, what needs adjustment, and whether the scope as written still fits your facility's actual use. Facilities change; the scope should keep up.

Response-Time Commitment

For all non-emergency communications — scheduling changes, scope adjustments, billing questions — we respond within one business day, Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. For cleaning failures identified the same evening (something missed that night), we resolve it at the next scheduled visit or sooner if you indicate urgency.
